Okay, just a quick post about my progress over the last few days!
I’m feeling great with the diet and exercise. I do feel like I need to add some more carbs, but I’ve just not had any food in. On Friday, I finished work and did plan on getting something to eat, but I forgot my debit card so I couldn’t, then when I got home I couldn’t be bothered to go to the shop as I was stuck in traffic and for ages and it was way past 8pm.
I’ve got some bits now to add more carbs in, I have some wholemeal wraps and some Snack-a-Jacks so I can get the carbs in before I exercise.
Here’s what I’ve been eating/running.
Thursday:

Exercise: 3 mile run.
Food:
Dinner: Salad with lettuce, peppers, red onion, cucumber, olives, sweetcorn, prawns, roast chicken and a balsamic glaze and cider vinegar dressing.
Snack: 3 kiwi fruits
Tea: Other half of the above salad, it was massive so put half in the fridge!
Snack: Grapes and blueberries.
Friday:
Food:
Breakfast: Banana
Dinner: Vegetarian bolognese with salad (lettuce, peppers, olives, cottage cheese cous cous, chilli noodles, cucumbers) + two satsumas
Evening: Bottle of strawberry Lambrini and a 330ml can of beer.
Saturday:
Exercise: 3 mile run.
Food:
Dinner: Veg stir fry a banana Be-fast.
Tea: Asda’s reduced calorie chicken sizzler
Total weight loss: 5lbs
Goal weight loss: 12lbs
All these meals look extremely amazing! I think the veggie bol looks incredibly delicious! Great news on the weight loss, keep up the good work x
