Chai and Vanilla Festive Shake

Chai and Vanilla Festive Shake

I’ve been offered a challenge. Create a Festive Recipe out of Formula 1 from Herbalife. Formula 1 is a weight loss management shake that contains vitamins, nutrients and 18g of protein per serving.

As it’s freezing outside, I decided to create a warm drink.

The normal way to prepare this meal replacement is to put two scoops with milk and shake it up. I did this first, then added the mixture to a pan with a chai tea bag, nutmeg, and cinnamon. I let the tea bag infuse into the mixture for around 15 mins until was as strong as I like, then poured it into a glass and topped with cinnamon.

It’s that simple. Transforming a cold shake into a warm one perfect for those cold mornings!
