Hello friends!
Hope you’re all having a great week so far. I’m still doing well with the fitness challenge and I’ve been to the gym twice so far this week. I’m enjoying the variety of a gym workout.
Here’s another WIAW post for you, this is from last Friday.
For breakfast I had a smoothie made with blackberries, mango, blueberries and some raw banana powder I’m reviewing. It was so nice and the banana powder gave it the exact texture and taste of bananas. I also added chia seeds.
It was a big glass and was enough to keep me full. I don’t think people realise how much energy a big glass of smoothie can actually give you.
We got home from snowboarding about 4pmish and I made dinner. Two portobello mushrooms with vegetarian red pesto and mozzarella. Delicious! I had olives, salad, kidney beans, avocado and sweetcorn on the side.
Around 7pm I had this fruit pot I got reduce from Asda. I wasn’t hungry enough for another full meal but needed to get something in!

This post makes me wish I’d eaten so much better this week, I’ve had a ridiculous amount of bed, only one smoothie and two take outs, it’s not been the best week that’s for sure! I’ve got a long weekend lined up so I’m going to kick my own ass and get back on track!
I’ve noticed such a difference this week, it’s probably the worst I’ve ate for a while and it’s messed up my sleep and I feel so crap!
