Breakfast was a delicious smoothie. I can’t quite remember what was in this, but probably banana, strawberries, grapes, chia seeds and bee pollen.
I made some delicious wraps for dinner. This had peppers, avocado, spring onions, carrots, rocket and humous inside. I wasn’t too hungry so just had one, then I had another one just before I went snowboarding.
I was so hungry when I came back from snowboarding, so I had a big salad before going to bed! Delicious!
