What I Ate Wednesday // Sweet Potato

For breakfast I hate a smoothie. It was delicious and filling, chia seeds really do help! You can read about how I made it here.

Hello, sweet potato. I’m now in love with them. They were the ingredient of week the a couple weeks ago in the DW Fitness challenge, since then I’ve been loving sticking them in the oven and baking them.

I don’t put anything on them, just a bit of humous or salad dressing is fine. I like the taste of them I so can eat them on their own.

Later on, I had another salad with quinoa and cottage cheese. It was made up of  a of lettuce as it was about 9pm, so I didn’t want anything too heavy. I really struggle eating 3 meals a day because I get so distracted and busy – the day seems to fly buy and before I know it it’s 4pm and I’ve not eaten since breakfast!

What did you eat Wednesday?
