Breakfast was a plate of kiwi and blueberries before my run, it was delicious. That has to be two of my favourite fruits. And mango. Mango is also a favourite.
For breakfast I had a piece of salmon and some mushroom stir fry. I really love stir fry. I think it’s the bean sprouts I like the most. It’s just so crunchy but warm and nice. It’s like a salad for winter!
This is something I’ve been eating a lot lately. Cucumber dipped in houmous. I sometimes add something else if I’ve not eaten enough. Here, I added some plan chicken to pump my calories up a bit.

When you do these posts, it always strikes me that you barely eat a thing! How do you get through the day?! x
Haha! I do them on my day off though so apart from about 1 hour of exercise, I don’t really do much else apart from sat a the computer!
How have I only just seen your fitness blog?! I want all of your yummy food! And I shall definitely be using it as inspiration for myself over the next few months! Need to get out of my sugar habits and buying food on the go – something I never used to do! Gah. Love this space! <3
