Oh hai. Another WIAW post for y’all! This was from Monday. 🙂
For breakfast I had mangos and blueberries, I love this fruit combo so much because the mango seems to really bring the blueberry flavours out, which can be hard to do!
For dinner I had some fajita chicken noodles, made with 6 calorie noodles I mentioned last week and a fajita shot I got in the latest Degustabox. I’ll be posting the recipe to this on Friday!
Dinner was a peppery salad bowl from Tesco, which has:
- Plum Tomatoes
- Wild Rocket
- Red Pepper
- Radish
- Mizuna
- Baby Red Leaf
- Chive
I ate it with some prawns, half a tin of sweetcorn, a handful of olives and sun dried tomatoes and drizzled with balsamic glaze. It was so delicious and I’ll be getting this peppery salad again!
