So glad I’m back to having fruit in a morning rather than toast like I was before. I can see and feel the difference!
I had a salad for lunch, loaded with cheese and Quorn slices – still making my way though the excess cheese from NYE!
Dinner was a simple bowl of veggies with gravy. I love having this as it’s easy to prepare and so tasty. I prefer it with mint sauce but there was none!
The weight is slowly starting to come off. Hurrah!
