#wiaw // Fruit for Mornings

P1010060I love having fruit for breakfast, not only is it refreshing and tasty, but it’s easy to prepare and makes for a lovely, smug Instagram photo.

So glad I’m back to having fruit in a morning rather than toast like I was before. I can see and feel the difference!

I had a salad for lunch, loaded with cheese and Quorn slices – still making my way though the excess cheese from NYE!

Dinner was a simple bowl of veggies with gravy. I love having this as it’s easy to prepare and so tasty. I prefer it with mint sauce but there was none!

The weight is slowly starting to come off. Hurrah!

    Looks delicious! I have to try it too because I have to lose weight too 🙂
