WIAW // Forgetful Face

Another smoothie this morning. I’m loving smoothies so good, including bee pollen, chia seeds and peanut butter really gives me the chance to start the day with some protein. Woo.

Dinner was vegetarian pesto with stuffed mushrooms, salad and humous. Such a quick and easy thing to eat. I’ve been turning to this a lot lately and probably need to add some variety to my diet!

I love garlic and herb whirl. LOVE IT. It’s the best cheese in the world. I had some of this with carrots dipped in humous and salad.

I also forget to photograph it with my camera again, so you get a grainy instagram photo. Doom.

I’m really craving some variety this week – documenting what I’ve been eating every day has really highlighted the fact that I tend to eat the same things daily! Doom!

Does anyone have any suggestions for some vegetarian recipes?

    Bee pollen? You’ve made me intrigued, girl! Never heard of that but now I really really really want to have it in my smoothies! Also, I love your variety you get, going food shopping this afternoon, so I might get more vegetables this time!
