#WIAW // Events Ruining My Diet

Last Wednesday started of so well! I had a healthy breakfast of fruit and a 9 bar, then salad for lunch! Then I had an event to attend, a launch of a Christmas menu.

I didn’t actually eat too much, as it was mostly meat and I’m a veggie, but they gave us a massive gin cocktail, mulled wine and egg nog which was delicious – but probably a lot of sugar and calories! I then went for a couple of beers after.

Oops! You only live once, right?
