This does not look like a lot of food. But that is because I also had some jalapeno and cheese bread with guac but could not be bothered to take it upstairs, turn on my box lamp and photograph it. I was busy sat downstairs in the cold binge watching Bates Motel.
Look at the cute egg cups. They are my housemates. They are very instagrammy. This is good.

I’m in total need of a diet re-haul, I think. I’m at the point where I’m just eating the same thing day in and day out, I want to start eating foods that are more nutrition dense and have less calories. I’ve also been looking into weight loss shakes as a way to have less calories but up my vitamins and minerals. I have my first race on Sunday and I’m not where I want to be, I know I need to lose a bit of weight to increase my speed. I’m seeing this race as a practice before my half marathon in May but I need to start getting serious now!
