Tuna steaks can be expensive, but I often grab them reduced and can freeze them for another day. They’re very easy to cook – I just season with salt and pepper, spray the pan with 1 calorie spray and fry each size for two minutes. You can use any vegetables, but I got the ones Tesco that you steam in the microwave for ease.
