I love coconut water, so I was intrigued when I heard of coco minerals by proto-col I was intrigued.

I’m sure most of you are already aware of the great benefits of coconut water. It’s a liquid that forms inside the shell of a coconut, so it’s naturally packed with vitamins and minerals. It contains natural fruit sugars, which makes it a fantastic way to replenish energy stores and electrolytes lost during exercise. Or drinking lololol.

Hydration is important for both muscle and brain function. The powder offers the same benefits of fresh coconut water. All do you is add it to your water, flavoured drink or smoothie. It can be used as a pre-workout, during your workout or after.

 

It’s gluten-free, lactose-free, dairy free, and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

I’ve tried this on its own so far and the taste is okay. Obviously, as it is a powder it doesn’t taste as nice as fresh coconut water you get out of a carton, but it’s a great way to quickly re-hydrate and you can even take the little tub out with you and add to bottled water.
