Did you ever think that the genre of music you pick can be hurting your workout? Nope, me neither.

    I can’t run without music! It’s one of the reasons I usually prefer running on my own. Agreed on the speeding up to keep with the beat too, or at least maintaining the pace until the song finishes. Sprint sections during the chorus are a good one too 🙂
