Keep Me Strong High Protein Cereal

Keep Me Strong High Protein Cereal

A while back, I was sent a couple of boxes of Keep Me Going cereal, a cereal aimed at all the family with lower salt and sugar than the typical breakfast cereal.

A couple of weeks ago, I had a surprise box land on my door step – they had sent me a box of their new cereal, keep me strong.

This is a high protein, low fat breakfast cereal – ideal for the raging gym-acholic like me (for the moment – I’m sure the intense gyming will come to an end, soon!)

Each 30g service will bag you 6g of protein, add milk and that ups it to 9.5g.

I’m imaging this topped with bananas, honey and peanut butter for the perfect pre-workout breakfast.

Yes please!

These sound great and like they would actually be really good for my daughters dad who doesn’t eat meat and finds it really hard to get protein into his diet, I shall tell him about them! x

This sound really interesting, although when I first landed I felt a bit skeptical about cereal that is high in protein. I am intrigued to find out more. Thanks for the introduction

It does sound like the perfect preworkout breakfast! I don’t know about the peanut butter though, maybe almond butter?

This is an interesting sounding cereal – I have to admit I didn’t know they did special high protein ones. x
