Fitness Updates // No more booze



I finally went on the squat rack this week! WOO! This is grand news.

Apart from that, I’ve not got much more grand news. I’ve felt a bit off this week, if I’m honest. I didn’t go to the gym as planned on Thursday. I also had a rubbish day on Saturday and hurt my back at work, so rather than doing a workout after my 10pm finish, I went home and drank a bottle of wine.

This meant that on Sunday I spent the whole day with a massive headache and couldn’t do anything.

I’m restarting this week.

This week will be better. Hopefully also the week I find a flat.

This is a short update because my head is sad. I’m going to get an early night and have a great day tomorrow.

    Sometimes it is good to go a bit off plan, allow yourself that “blow out” not dwell on it and just get back on the horse the next week. Good luck! x

    Oh I’ve gone off plan this last week too… Especially with my eating! I think we all do from time to time. If you ask me, I’d say you deserved that bottle of wine! Don’t worry about it, you’ll be back to it this week! 🙂 xx

    Aw I get sad heads all the time, I’m impressed at everything you do because I’m so unable to motivate myself to do anything ever, regardless of the state my head is in. So I admire you!
