Fitness Update // Still Holidaying

Tuesday: Gym – 15 mins cross trainer, 10 mins running, 10 mins cycling, weights

Friday: 15 mins running, 10 mins cross trainer, 10 mins cycling, weights.

Sunday: 30 mins water polo

Wow this gym is hot. Even going at 9am, it’s still 30C and there’s no air conditioning. I’m taking a full litre bottle of water and still finishing it by the time I’m doing weights! But still happy that I’ve been going to the gym though as I’ve been drinking every day. Oops.

We’ve been doing plenty of other things too, like on Monday we went on a boat trip that involved two stops where we got off and snorkelled, more snorkelling on Friday at the beach and on Saturday we went to a water park and were up and down steps to get to the slides constantly, so that was quite the work out.

On Sunday my family and I had a game of water polo. Girls vs Boys and it was such a work out! I was so out of breath. Had a beer afterwards to recover 😉

I come home on Wednesday evening and now I’m looking forward to a bit of English cold weather and getting into some sort of routine.
