Sunday: Chest and cardio
The week started off great and then I went a little off focus!
My mind has been occupied with other things and at the back end of the week, I was busy doing some other things and fitness had to take a bit of a backseat.
Anyway, I had a great PT session on Tuesday and did some new exercises. I did deadlift deficits for the first time. My PT said that she was surprised with how well I did, my form was better with them than we normal deadlifts!
That’s the only positive really! Everything else has stayed the same but I hope to see some progress soon.
