Fitness Update // I’m back

Tuesday: 50 mins cross trainer, 15 mins cycling.
Friday: 30 mins cross trainer, 10 mins running, 10 mins cycling
Saturday: 10 mins running, 20 mins cross trainer, 12 mins cycling.

I didn’t update last week – for multiple reasons. The main one being that I’ve been SO SO SO busy with work!

The thing that has been taking up my time is over now so hopefully I can get back on track.

I went to the gym three times this week – ideally I would have like to go more but it wasn’t realistic with the hours I was working and the socialising I’ve been doing, but I’m okay with that.

3 times is good enough for me. I’ve been focusing on cardio as I’m wanting to get rid of the few lbs I gained during my holiday – though it is proving difficult! I’ve never been great at losing weight and have to be really determined to want to lose it. And while I want to, I honestly don’t have that motivation that drives me at the moment. Hopefully it will come though!

    I know exactly what you mean with your motivation- I was so motivated before my holiday because I had that driving me, but since then I’ve been really bad. I keep getting little waves of motivation and then they disappear again!

      Yeah haha, I had a big wave of motivation for almost a year and now it’s died a death!

    3 times a week is more than enough, you’ve got to find a balance for life, work, socialising, exercising, sleep etc! This is what I’ve been struggling with so I try not to sweat it too much if I miss a gym session because I’ve been invited out with friends, or I choose to go for a walk with the Mr instead of working on my blog. It’s all about finding balance!

    I DID go the gym last night – 20mins cross trainer, 20 mins weights (arms) and a 2mile cycle. Not my best BUT something is better than NOTHING!
