Tuesday: 50 mins cross trainer, 15 mins cycling.
Friday: 30 mins cross trainer, 10 mins running, 10 mins cycling
Saturday: 10 mins running, 20 mins cross trainer, 12 mins cycling.
I didn’t update last week – for multiple reasons. The main one being that I’ve been SO SO SO busy with work!
The thing that has been taking up my time is over now so hopefully I can get back on track.
I went to the gym three times this week – ideally I would have like to go more but it wasn’t realistic with the hours I was working and the socialising I’ve been doing, but I’m okay with that.
3 times is good enough for me. I’ve been focusing on cardio as I’m wanting to get rid of the few lbs I gained during my holiday – though it is proving difficult! I’ve never been great at losing weight and have to be really determined to want to lose it. And while I want to, I honestly don’t have that motivation that drives me at the moment. Hopefully it will come though!
