Yes, that’s right. I had 3 PT sessions last week. I had an extra one because of going on holiday this week and another extra one due to being client of the month last month. It was probably a good thing because with one week until my holiday, I wanted to make sure I had the best workouts this week.
My leg session on Tuesday was painful. I did calf raises on the stairs and after 5 days of pain, they’re finally starting to feel better. I am never doing that again. It’s an evil exercise and not worth it. My rest day on Thursday was actually due to the fact that my calves hurt so much I could not bear to go to the gym.
It was a good week overall for exercise, though I am not liking deadlifts or squats lately. I feel like I’ve hit a bit of a wall with them and I’m not enjoying it. My PT says I might just need to rest. Good job I am going on holiday on Tuesday!
Today is my birthday, too.
I don’t know what I’ll be doing on holiday. There is a gym at the hotel and I will go a few times but I’m not committing to anything!
I might update while I’m on holiday. I might not. We will see.
