Fitness Update // Having friend is hard to do.

Monday: 10 mins running, 10 mins cross trainer, 10 mins cycling.
Friday: 15 mins HIIT arm workout and 5 mins HIIT cardio.
Saturday: 10 mins running, 5 mins stair master, 10 mins cross trainer, 13 mins bike, 4 mins row machine and weights.

Socialising again is making my workouts hard, haha. But I’m not going to beat myself up about it because it’s good to see friends. I met up with a friend straight after work on Tuesday for food and drinks, which meant Tuesday was a no go and then Wednesday I slept in until I had to go to work, finished at 10pm! I also saw two friends on Friday so had to have a quick workout at home before meeting up with them.

But it’s okay. Friends are good for the soul.

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday I’ll gym this week then run/bike on Saturday. That’s the plan, Stan.
