Saturday: chest press, squats, deadlifts, cardio // 1 hour 12 mins, 518 calories
Sunday: circuits, arms, cardio // 2 hours 4 mins, 1043 calories
Hey, I guess I did alright this week even without the supervision of my PT. She’s back from holiday next week so my usual Tuesday session will resume.
Saturday was a bit of a crap workout if I’m honest. I started to feel a bit sick because I had a mixture of a hangover and also drank too much water. I was on the rower and I could feel everything sloshing around in my stomach, not good.
Sunday I had a fab workout. I did circuits in the studio until a class started. About 35 minutes worth of this style of workout. Then I did some other weights focusing on my arms. Then I did 3 rower sprints of 500m with the fastest time of 2mins 19 seconds. I then went on the treadmill and did intervals for 20 mins, then 20 mins on the stair master. Felt good after! Also good to get some arm exercises as I feel like besides circuit work I mostly only train legs.
Weight is the same this week. Hopefully, it can change next week!
