Fitness Update // Beating PB’s!


Tuesday: 5k run
Wednesday: treadmill mile, 15 mins cycling, 20 mins weights
Thursday: treadmill mile, 20 mins cycling, 30 mins weights

Another busy week! I’ve been in London this weekend so not being able to work out as much as I would have liked.

On Tuesday I ran 5k. I went out after work with the intention of just having an easy jog and seeing how I got on.

After the first 2 miles I saw my time and thought I might be able to beat my current 5k PB. I went for it with the last mile and managed to beat it and also get my fastest mile!

My previous time was 29:42 for a 5k and 9:19 for a mile, so I’m pretty happy with that!

I’ve also been working on sprints on the treadmill. I’ve been trying to just run a mile as fast as I can to try and get my time down so hopefully that will help me with running outdoors. I’m excited to keep beating my time 🙂
