I took it really steady this week. I decided to have a couple of days off before going back to the gym after my half-marathon last Sunday.
I went on Wednesday for 30 mins.
I did plan to go on Thursday but wasn’t feel well at all, so just came straight home after work.
On Friday, I went to the gym for 45 mins and felt much better. I was then busy all weekend so didn’t have time to work out.
It’s really hard fitting in everything and if I want to start having a bit more fun, then I’m going to have to exercise a bit less to make time for it all. I can’t work less for obvious reasons and I’m not willing to blog less, so the exercise it is!
Having a work/life/blog/exercise balance is a bit doom!
