Fitness Update // 6K Row for Charity

Wednesday : Gym – 30 mins cardio.
Friday : 6km Rowing.

Another light week, DONT JUDGE ME OKAY!

On Friday at work we had a charity row, so I got myself on there for half an hour and managed to row 6000m! This is good for me as I usually only do about 1000m on the rower at a time!

My work hours are a lot nicer this week so this means I should be able to get to the gym more. Hurrah!

    6000m!!! Whaaaaaat! That’s amazing, I usually do 1000m myself and that finishes me off and takes me about 15-20minutes! You superstar! I love charity fitness events, they’re so much more involved – and that feeling you get when the crowd cheers you on – it’s like crack!
