Fitness Update

poor week


I’ve done a piss poor job this week at going to the gym. I went a grand total of twice. I’ve been busy and hungover. Lol.

Both days I did arm weights and then 30 minutes on the stair master.

I need to do much better next week. Hopefully, I will get to the gym at least 4 times.

I’ve been doing fine foodwise, apart from the weekend. We went out on Saturday and had a curry and I had a few too many wines and beers. We stayed over at a friends house and they made us bacon sandwiches. It would have been rude to say no ;).

Next week I promise to make fewer excuses and just do it.

    I love it when other people cook for you, always seems to taste better! I need to get my butt in gear again this week, I seem to have fallen right off! I’ve mostly kept up with my extra walks but actually exercise has fallen by the way side!
