Fitness Update // 1 Week To Go

Woah, one week and 1 day left until I go to Australia. Time has flown.

I went to the gym twice last week. It was really busy so only did weights one of the days. The other day I did 30 minutes on the stair climber then 15 minutes on the bike.

When I was on the bike, a PT came up to me and started talking to me. We got chatting for a bit and I’ve not somehow agreed to a PT session on Wednesday. So I’m looking forward to and dreading that.

I’ve wanted to get a PT for ages to make sure I’m doing things right, but I’ve just never gone through with it.

I’m curious about what will happen and will update you next week!

    I’m a bit behind on blog posts but I’m curious to see how your PT sessions go. I’ve always wanted to do it but been a bit scared as well! Have fun in Australia. I’ve seen some pictures on your Insta and it looks great so far.
