    Good advice! I used to be a fitness maniac, but now have two toddlers and never go to the gym. I’ve also always been an insomniac, stay up too late, & don’t pay enough attention to making sure I have a comfortable bed! It definitely affects how effective your work out is if you are too tired though, and it’s always nice to lie down in a bed with luxurious sheets and pillows. (Lucy/R is for Hoppit)

    The tittle alone caught my attention!!! This is such a great advice I sure need to follow because some days I wake up like I hit a wall several times that’s how tired I wake up and it never occurred to me that it might be my bed which its pretty old by the way maybe I need a new mattress!!
