What I Ate Wednesday // Woo Christmas!

It’s Christmas eve, everyone is busy, let’s just get on with it, shall we? What I ate Wednesday (or Thursday of last week 😉 )


I had quite a big breakfast, I usually just have half a tub of blueberries and half a tub of mango, but I was so hungry so I had it all!

Dinner was roast vegetables, garlic stuffed mushrooms and salmon. This was so tasty! I love mushrooms and I think I’m going to eat this more often.



Whenever I want something comforting, but am trying to be good, I always have a massive plate of vegetables with mint sauce and gravy. I decided to add some soya mince for extra protein!

What did you eat Wednesday?

Christmas tomorrow – I can’t believe how fast it came around!
