Hello again, friends. Welcome to another episode of What I Ate Wednesday.
I had a lovely smoothie of grapes, banana and strawberries. It was mostly green grapes as I had a full packet to use up! It was really nice though and I’m going to have more smoothies that have loads of grapes in.
At dinner, I had a salad with two cheese and cauliflower steaks from ASDA’s vegetarian section. They were really nice! I need to start eating more things like that for variety.
I had a vegetable stir-fry and added some cubes of halluomi. I wasn’t sure if it would work, but it was really nice.
Halluomi is becoming one of my favourite things – I need to experiment more with it!
