Fitness Update // Race for Life

Tuesday: 5.6 miles
Friday: 15 mins cross trainer, 15 mins cycling, weights.
Sunday: 5K race for life.

I’m nearing the end of the DOOM of moving house and chaos.

I move house today. It’s my birthday this week. So I should just have one more week of being rubbish with workouts and then back on track!

Help!

I’m exhausted to even post properly!
